 we learn new skills and learn how to apply them to everyday life.\n\n\n\nE
 ach month we shed stress by practicing our main mindfulness meditation. It
 's the easiest to learn\, the most difficult to master\, but the one with 
 the biggest rewards. In addition\, I teach a couple of different meditatio
 n techniques each week\, so there's bound to be a meditation technique tha
 t will work for you.\n\n\n\nWe cover a wide range of topics from practical
  health benefits\, using your mind to heal\, the roots of meditation\, sil
 encing the mind\, distancing yourself from your mind and body\, reprogramm
