Join Mat for a discussion about his favorite meditation technique, “The Bed Sheet Meditation”.

The technique is so simple, anyone can master it. The simple visualization draws the mind into the breathing in such a subtle way, but creates strong focus. So strong in fact that most people can easily get into a trance using this technique.

You’ll learn;

  • The theory behind following the breath
  • The difficulties often faced with simply following the breath
  • Adding the bed sheet magic
  • Understanding why this works

The meeting will use Zoom, and class sizes are deliberately small so you can ask questions directly and get involved with the conversation.
