Welcome to the Infinite Bliss Meditation Club. We meet via Zoom, weekday mornings at 7:00 (Eastern) to start the day with superior focus and clarity. Then again in the evenings at 7:00pm to relax and let go of the stress from the day. We also stick around a little longer on Thursdays to dive deeper into the concepts of mindfulness, meditation and unconditional love.
Take part in all meditations or just join us once a week. Either way, you are joining a wonderful loving community of like minded people that see the benefit of meditation in our busy lives and want to start a journey of inner exploration and self improvement.

The morning meditation club is all about consistency, accountability and starting the day with superior focus. Basically putting your best foot forward and getting your head screwed on right before you set out to do battle with the world.
Consistency & Accountability are Key
This is a no-nonsense, get down to business meditation group designed to work with busy people in a hurry. You don’t have time to listen to me waffle on about enlightenment, embracing your inner being and all that stuff, so morning meditations are low on dialogue and chit-chat but lead you into a state of ferocious focus.
I also give you a little motivation and encouragement to help you take on the days challenges consciously. With goals and conscious triggers to help you apply your meditation practice to your hectic day.

Evening Meditation Sessions
Relax, unwind and restore yourself
Stress kills, so let’s take care of that in these 15 min relaxation focused sessions
Our lives have become incredibly stressful these days, so learning how to release all that built up stress from the day is vital.
Each day we learn a different meditation that has a different purpose and will work on your subconscious differently. But all will have a deeply calming effect. Your heart rate and blood pressure will be reduced, your stress hormones (adrenaline and cortisol) will be replaced with feel good hormones. Your body will tingle and come alive as you make your mind feel safe and slowly release your body’s own healing abilities.
These slower paced sessions allow us to talk about ways to reduce stress and anxiety during your busy day so you can focus on what needs doing right now rather than worrying about what needs doing tomorrow. Let go of the drama from your life and experience true happiness.
You’ll leave these sessions feeling restored as well as motivated to make meaningful changes in your life.

I’m too busy, I don’t have time to fit this in to my schedule!
With meditation you’ll quickly find that you have more energy throughout the day because you sleep more soundly at night. Being able to put your worries aside and quiet the mind means you’ll need less sleep.
So giving yourself permission to meditate for 10-15 minutes becomes a no-brainer.

Still not sure?
If you think you won’t be able to stick to the routine or you’re nervous about joining a club with other people, understand that every member is there for the same reason, for the support that the community brings.
There is a shared energy. Meditation is easier with other people and you’ll find that committing to meditation at the same time each day accelerates your progress.
Most people enjoy meditation for a week or so because it has an immediate transformative effect that will make you feel like a king (or queen). But then your mind gets used to what you’re doing and starts to get bored and distracted. It feels like all the gains you made on week one just evaporate into thin air. Maybe you imagined it.
And that’s when people quit because their mind tells them it stopped working or that they’re no good at it.
This is where the rigid discipline and the accountability from others kicks in. And that’s when the habit starts to form and your mind realizes that you’re in it for the long haul. That’s when the progress really starts.
Your peers help get you over that little dry spell or plateau when most people give up.

If you’re still not convinced by now, then maybe meditation isn’t right for you. At least that’s what your mind wants you to think. It’s the money isn’t it. If you aren’t convinced by now, then what is holding you back is probably the financial burden of membership.
I have to tell you, I do completely understand. If you know the story of my ego-death and spiritual awakening, you’ll know how much I struggled and almost lost my house. The worry of not having enough money puts a tremendous burden on your emotional resilience. It becomes all you think about. And the more you think about “not having enough money”, the more you reinforce that thought and it literally becomes the reality you manifest for yourself.
It will lead to an incredibly noisy mind. Every thought, every decision revolves around, “can I afford that”, or, “if only people knew how little money I have”.
