Come and join us at our weekly mindfulness and meditation group where we learn new skills and learn how to apply them to everyday life.
Each month we shed stress by practicing our main mindfulness meditation. It’s the easiest to learn, the most difficult to master, but the one with the biggest rewards. In addition, I teach a couple of different meditation techniques each week, so there’s bound to be a meditation technique that will work for you.
We cover a wide range of topics from practical health benefits, using your mind to heal, the roots of meditation, silencing the mind, distancing yourself from your mind and body, reprogramming your default responses………and much much more.
