Thank you for taking the time to visit my site. I really appreciate that. But what I would really love to do is speak at one of your events. So when you’ve had time to check out what I have to say, please reach out to me and we can schedule a quick chat to get the ball rolling.
“Loving everything and everyone is the most selfish thing you can do!”
When you love everything and everyone unconditionally, you continually release endorphins and other feel good hormones that transform your health.
But more than that, they transform your reality. You become full of joy no matter what is going on around you. You no longer see the world as being out to get you. You become bullet proof, and you no longer fear being judged.
There’s nothing holding you back………….you become who you are meant to be.

“Unconditional Love is not weak or wimpy, it’s a superpower!”Mat Robinson ~ The Gregarious Hermit
Everybody knows we should forgive and forget and that we should practice unconditional love, but nobody ever teaches us how to do it.
We can all tell the difference between love and hate and how it affects our physiology. One is harsh and painful and does real harm to your body as it releases a stream of toxic hormones. And the other feels warm and cozy, like being wrapped in a warm blanket. Those are the healthy hormones being released that promote healing.
But, did you know that, by practicing some simple visualization techniques, you can make unconditional love your default response to any situation. YES, even when the guy cuts you off on the highway!
Say hello, Mat@TheGregariousHermit.com
Mat has been touring and teaching these simple skills to groups around the world.
You start by practicing for just 10 minutes per day in the comfort of your own home, and then slowly incorporate it into your everyday life.
You’ll see a big difference in how your mind responds to the world in a very short time.
“Meditation and mindfulness are hard”~ Frustrated Hermit
Let’s face it, meditation can be very frustrating. No matter how hard you try, you just can’t seem to find that inner peace that everyone talks about. You have to dedicate time to practice it and you need patience to see the subtle changes that occur over a long period of time.
Mindfulness can also be difficult to master in a world of constant distractions. The instant your mind has to make a decision or feels like someone is judging you, boom, your mind took back control.
Over the decades I have come to the conclusion that Unconditional Love is quicker to learn and easier to incorporate into your everyday life. It’s really powerful and has the biggest bang for the buck. Doesn’t take much time, and you can practice it all day long without anyone knowing it.

“Does getting angry change anything about what happened?”~ Healthy Hermit
When somebody spills a drink all over your brand new laptop, getting angry or upset does not change what happened, nor does it fix the laptop. All it does is send adrenaline and cortisol surging through your body.
If you react angrily, you are literally poisoning your own body, but you also put the other person in defensive mode where they are more likely to get angry, look for an excuse or blame you rather than apologizing.
If you’re yelling at someone in your head that just cut you off on the highway, then you’re the only person feeling the damaging effects as your body responds to your thoughts. It does not change anything and it does not teach the other driver anything.
Knowing that you can choose how to respond, and learning how to actually do that, will revolutionize your experience of the world and your health.

Still not sure……
If you’re still not convinced, then maybe you could pick up a copy of my book that teaches how our minds evolved to keep us safe, and how those simple mechanisms just don’t work so well in our complex modern landscape.
You’ll learn how abundance and almost unlimited choice causes our mind to have to make a continuous stream of decisions. These decisions are essentially judgements, comparing one thing to something else, and in a lot of cases comparing ourselves to others. As a result, our mind is constantly thinking of conversations to justify what you’re doing or why you’re doing it the way you are. And if you feel your way of doing something is best, you’ll find your mind criticizing other people.
The book teaches meditation to observe these effects within yourself, and teaches mindfulness to allow you to become absorbed in the minute details of every moment so that your mind doesn’t have time to jump in with idle chatter.
It then teaches unconditional love to supercharge your health and finally silence your mind.
Still not convinced……
You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make it drink 🙂
