Mat Robinson, The Gregarious Hermit - is a meditation teacher in New Jersey and happiness coach. He is a speaker at corporate wellness events, executive retreats, college and university meditation clubs as well as local, grass roots meditation clubs and yoga studios. Mat can speak on a number of topics ranging from the practical, day-to-day benefits of meditation and mindfulness as we tackle the mental health crisis head-on with powerful tools to bring about inner peace. He also teaches the ultimate lesson, unconditional love as a way to silence the mind completely. He can also talk about the more esoteric side of spiritual awakening and various techniques to attain enlightenment.

Helping fellow hermits and other gregarious people realize their own enlightenment since the beginning of time.....or at least 2020 anyway :)
