This series of daily mindfulness meditation videos, called, “The Daily Minute – Micro Meditations for Busy People”, is designed to give you a one-minute mindfulness challenge.
To focus for one whole minute is actually quite difficult. But one minute can easily be inserted anywhere throughout the day without feeling guilty about all the other stuff you “should” be doing.
Use it before your commute. Use it after a confrontation. Use it before a meeting. Use it after a meeting. Use it before bed.
Focus on the subject of the video, whether that’s visual, or sometimes sound, but focus on that and just simply notice your mind get distracted. Then just come right back to the video. The only thing you have to do is notice.
