Hi everyone.
Just checking in with this latest post.
I’ve been taking a little break after recently completing my 365 days of “Daily Minute – Mindfulness Videos”. Whilst I really enjoyed making the videos, they did take quite a lot of time to put together. Often 20 minutes to an hour each day, not including getting out and filming.
So, I am not going to be sticking to such a rigid schedule going forward. But I will be posting more focused content full of tips and tricks to help you with mindfulness and meditation. I want you to achieve a silent mind and experience true happiness, so hopefully you will find the newer content useful. But of course, let me know.
In the mean time. Here’s a quick video summary of my Mindfulness Hike up Wildcat Ridge in NJ. Everything is lush and vibrant after a long winter and now period of heavy rain.
Join me as I give you a few insights into why nature is so relaxing and how you can become absorbed into your surroundings. Why hiking is one of the simplest mindful activities you can do.

If you don’t have 15 minutes to relax and watch the whole thing. then here are two shorter excerpts that contain the juicy parts.
